At Margo Lingerie, we want every order to be a pleasant experience. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, according to the return conditions below.

Important Return Conditions
For hygiene reasons, lingerie items must be returned in perfect condition.
Products can only be accepted for return if they are:
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- free from any signs of use, perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or marks;
- with all original tags attached;
- in the original packaging, where possible.
Lingerie must always be tried on over other clothing. Items that show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We carefully check our products before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty item or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately after receiving your parcel.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide clear photos of the product, the defect, or the product label.
Please note:
- claims must be made before the item is worn or washed;
- items that have been worn, washed, or returned without tags cannot be accepted as faulty;
- the product must be kept in the condition in which it was received until the issue is resolved.
Return Process
To start a return, please send us a message with:
- your order number;
- your full name;
- the item you would like to return;
- the reason for the return;
- photos, if the return is related to a fault or delivery error.
After reviewing your request, we will send you the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item received is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Margo Lingerie is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, the items will be inspected to confirm that they meet all return conditions.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method, depending on the situation.
Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us. Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability and compliance with the return conditions.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for items that:
- have been worn, washed, or damaged;
- show signs of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or other signs of use;
- no longer have the original tags attached;
- do not meet hygiene conditions;
- have been returned without prior approval of the return request.
